Tattoo studio’s epic reply to customer who threatened to leave a bad review

A tattoo shop has hit out at an unsatisfied customer who threatened to leave them a bad review.

Staff at the Archangel 1608 Tattoo Studio in Glasgow didn’t hold back when a customer messaged them on Facebook, complaining that their tattoo wasn’t healing properly.

After showing a picture of the affected area, the customer said they’d like to get it fixed.

But when asked whether they’d used cocoa butter as recommended aftercare by the professional, they revealed they had used Savlon instead.

“I’ve used Savlon cream as my dad says that’s better and that’s what he used to use,” the customer said.

“So if it’s not fixed for the end of the month then I’ll be leaving a bad review across your social media and we’ll see.”

Unsurprisingly, this didn’t go down well with the studio who told them that Savlon suffocates the skin rather than letting it breathe – which is what you’re advised to let it do.

They said: “Savlon? Did your dad do the tattoo for you? Why the f*** are you listening to him instead of the person who actually did it and you paid actual money to?

“Go fing right ahead with your se review.

“I’ll review you right now, you wee f**ny.

“S***e patter, can’t follow written instructions. One star out of ten, WOULD NOT TATTOO AGAIN!”

The studio then shared some screenshots of the exchange to its Facebook page, with the caption: “This is from last weekend, and why we’ve been banging on about aftercare all week. We can only do so much after you’ve left the studio‚Ķ

“But defo go with what your dad says, even though he’s not been tattooed since he got a tribal skull in the 90s.”
